[STORY]
Frodo and Sam head for Mount Doom to discard the evil ring created by the Dark Lord Sauron.
As their guide, Gollum suddenly remembers his time long ago, when he was known as Sméagol.
The moment he found a shining ring at the bottom of the river, something changed within him.
He killed his friend, stole the ring, and was banished from his village.
That was how Frodo first encountered the ring, "Beloved," that now hangs around his neck...
After defeating Saruman's army at Helm's Deep in the human realm of Rohan, Aragorn and the other three are joyfully reunited with Merry and Pippin in Isengard.
Pippin, ever the most curious of people, peers inside the Palantir Stone without permission and discovers a vision that leads Gandalf to learn that Sauron intends to attack Gondor, another human realm.
Sauron has learned that Aragorn, the descendant of Gondor's king, has appeared, and he intends to destroy Gondor before Aragorn can ascend to the throne.
Gandalf and Pippin mount their beloved horse, the Flying Shadow, and head for Minas Tirith, the capital of Gondor...
