The Atom SV Hoody is an existing Atom Heavyweight Hoody.
This jacket, the warmest in the Atom series, was designed with industry engineers, scientists, and hardcore outdoor athletes who know that warmth is survival.
The women-only heat map-based insulation design uses 120 gsm insulation to keep the body warmer and 60 gsm stretchy insulation on the armpits to help prevent overheating or getting sweaty while effectively maintaining body heat.
It is a key item in a layering system that is compatible with all environments. It provides strong protection alone, and when layered with a hard shell, it demonstrates stable performance even in any storm.
Update: Upgraded to recycled Coreloft™ insulation and PFAS free FC0 DWR (water repellent finish).
The hood design has also been improved to improve weather responsiveness and make repairs easier.
