Introducing the Matsunaga MB Teflon Coated Deep Madeleine Baking Pan (12-Cup). Due to popular demand, this new deep-type madeleine mold is now available, featuring a thickness of 23mm, which is about 1.5 times deeper than conventional molds, allowing you to bake hearty, satisfying madeleines. Made with high-quality 0.6mm tinplate steel and copper wire, this professional-grade pan ensures excellent heat conductivity and uniform browning.

- Superior Teflon Coating: Provides excellent release and durability, making it sturdier and longer-lasting than silicone-coated alternatives. - Deep-Type Design: Measures 300mm x 300mm x H23mm, perfect for both home bakers and professional pastry chefs. - No Pre-baking Required: Simply rinse lightly with water before first use. - Highly Durable: Constructed from 0.6mm tinplate steel and copper wire for structural integrity. - Excellent Heat Conductivity: Ensures even baking and beautiful coloration.

Handling & Care Instructions: - Teflon is not ideal for baking batters with high sugar content. Please keep sugar content moderate for the best release. - Maximum heat resistant temperature is 230°C (446°F). Please use below this temperature. - After use, wash gently with a mild detergent, wipe off moisture thoroughly, dry completely (using the oven's residual heat is recommended), and store in a low-humidity area. - This is a commercial-grade baking sheet. Minor press marks or scratches from the manufacturing process are inevitable and do not qualify for returns. - Minor scuffs from shipping and packaging are not eligible for returns. - Teflon re-coating service is not available.
