【Unique Design to Bring Out the Deliciousness of Rice | Developed in Collaboration with a Culinary Researcher】A colander and bowl meticulously designed for the perfect, fluffy rice washing technique. Inheriting the elasticity and excellent drainage of the traditional craft "Matatabi Colander," this design is more durable and easier to handle. Three key features developed in collaboration with culinary researcher Michiko Matsuda: ① Made from a unique, soft, and elastic material, it gently and thoroughly washes rice without damaging it. The flexible ends allow for easy transfer to pots or rice containers without spills. ② Features a seamless vertical slit structure that instantly drains water before it's absorbed. Rice grains are less likely to fall through the gaps, and excess water is quickly drained, resulting in clean, quick rice washing. ③ The 23cm size is perfectly suited to the hand movements of Japanese people, making it the easiest to use. It can wash 4 cups of rice at once, and the spacious size allows for smooth hand movement in the bowl, making daily rice washing a comfortable experience.
