Full metal shock-resistant structure (case) Fine resin cushioning is implemented between the stainless steel bezel and case. The form of the first G-SHOCK is intact, but the metal exterior (case) provides a shock-resistant structure.

Carefully crafted metal finish The bezel and case are formed into a solid and powerful form through time-consuming forging, cutting, and polishing processes. Even the complex shape of the back, which determines the fitting accuracy, has been meticulously crafted. The top of the bezel and the sides of the case are finished with a hairline finish, bringing out the texture of the metal. The back cover uses a heavy, airtight screw back, the same as the first model. DLC treatment has been applied to enhance wear resistance.
