Precautions
Returns with tape on the shoebox are not accepted. If product tags and warranty certificates are lost, exchanges and returns are not possible. Returns and exchanges are not processed in the following cases:
- If the product has been used
- If 7 days have passed since receiving the product
- If product and accessory items (shoebox, price tag, packaging, etc.) are lost or damaged (for example, taping the box or washing the clothing).
To request a return or exchange, please note that it is mandatory to provide a video of the unpacking of the package.
