Mined deep in the underground chambers of the ancient Zechstein Sea site in the Netherlands, Swanson Ultra Magnesium Oil is a supersaturated blend of pure magnesium chloride and water, with no additives. Suitable for daily use. It is non-greasy, absorbs quickly, leaves little residue, and has no unpleasant odor. Magnesium oil is a supersaturated solution of magnesium chloride and pure water.

How to Use Add 2 oz to your bath or wash as you would a foot bath. Pour contents into a spray bottle (sold separately) and spray 4-5 times onto skin. Rinse thoroughly after use. Use this bottle to refill your spray bottle.

Other Ingredients: Pure magnesium chloride salt water extracted from the ancient Zechstein seabed in the Netherlands.

Caution: Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only. Test on a small area of skin before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
