How to Use: Hair: Apply a generous amount to hair from root to tip, cover with a plastic cap for 15-30 minutes, and rinse. Use once every two weeks. For full body use: Apply to body and leave on for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with water. **This product can be used on arms, legs, upper chest, back, and gluteus maximus.
