Precautions for Use

The diameter listed on the product page is the maximum diameter. Due to the characteristics of the load-bearing material, the ball may be stiff at first use and may not inflate to its maximum diameter in one go. To achieve a ball closer to its maximum diameter, inflate it slowly over time (about five times per hour).
