This product reacts to black light (ultraviolet light or UV light) and glows. It is not a phosphorescent or luminous material, so it does not glow normally. Only the colored parts glow fluorescently. The gray text does not glow. This is a highly versatile water transfer decal. To protect the surface of the decal, a thin layer of paper is placed on the surface. Please remove the paper before use.
