Many first-time Tesla drivers may experience heat from direct sunlight on the glass roof. We recommend you purchase a glass roof sunshade, a summer essential for Teslas, as soon as possible. This sunshade is for the Model Y 2025 model and later. The size is slightly different from older Model Y models. It is made of ice crystal material that blocks light while efficiently reflecting it, allowing you to stay comfortable even in direct sunlight. We have prepared a Japanese manual. Installation is not difficult, but it takes a little skill to align the front and back. Once you get used to it, it can be installed in about a minute, so you can install it only during the day and remove it at night. We installed heat-shielding film on the roof glass of our shop owner's Tesla, but it doesn't work in Japan's recent summers... It looks like a sunshade will be necessary, even just in the summer. We have received feedback from reviewers that "there are three types of mounting clips, but I don't know how to use them." When this product was released for the Model 3, the gap at the base of the roof glass could change depending on the clip installation position, so we decided to include clips of three different thicknesses.
