1.4X TELECOMVERTER TC-1411. Compatible lenses: 100-400mm F5-6.3 DG DN OS | Contemporary, 105mm F2.8 DG DN MACRO | Art. Focal length/magnification: 1.4x that of the master lens. AF compatible, allowing AF shooting at all apertures and focal lengths. Dust- and weather-resistant, equivalent to the Sports line. Fully inspected with Sigma's proprietary MTF measuring device, the "A1." While teleconverter performance was previously measured using a standard sensor, the new "A1" MTF measuring device, developed exclusively for SIGMA GLOBAL VISION series lenses, now uses a 46-megapixel FOVEON direct image sensor. This allows for the inspection of previously undetectable high-frequency components. Each SIGMA TELE CONVERTER TC-1411 and TC-2011 undergoes full inspection with the "A1" before shipping.
