He has no specific owner and gets his food from all the street vendors, so he is quite obese despite his advanced age. In this area where there are many tourists, cameras are often pointed at him, but he quickly runs away and disappears, so he is never photographed. There is a rumor that a famous cat photographer once tried to take a photo of him, but eventually gave up.
