Exchanges and refunds are not possible if there are signs of wear (tag removed). Thank you for your understanding.
Exchanges and refunds may take 1-3 days to process due to inspection periods after return receipt.
Returns and exchanges are possible within 7 days of receipt. For change of mind, the customer will bear the shipping cost for returns and exchanges.
The inspection period is 3-4 weekdays after the return label has been processed.
If using another parcel service, the courier charge must be prepaid, with only the initial shipping cost to be borne by the customer.
Packaged products cannot be partially returned or exchanged, so additional collections may be necessary if partial receipt occurs. (Please note that shipping costs incurred during additional collections will be borne by the customer.)
