Usage Instructions
Helen Kaminski products are 100% handmade, and the thickness, shape, and color of the raffia vary. Raffia is a fiber derived from palm leaves, sensitive to temperature and humidity. Changes in the raffia material are not considered defects. It is not washable; in case of soiling, gently wipe with a slightly damp cotton swab or wet tissue (using detergent may cause staining and discoloration).
Precautions
There may be color variations due to natural plant dyeing. Even with the same dye, colors can appear different. Over time, colors may change, which may be more pronounced in certain shades. This phenomenon can be observed in products found in department stores and is not a defect. The inner band of the hat can be spot-cleaned with lukewarm water and neutral detergent, but the raffia material cannot be washed. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. If left dry for extended periods, the product may incur damage, so it should be stored in a comfortable state and laid flat. The brand logo comes in two types shipped, so please check before purchasing.
