- All Helen Kaminski products are handmade, meaning the thickness, shape, and color of the raffia can vary. Raffia is a fiber obtained from the leaves of the palm, sensitive to temperature and humidity. Therefore, any changes in raffia products are not considered defects.
- The item is not washable, and if it gets stained, please wipe the stained area with a slightly damp cloth or wet wipe. Using detergent may cause staining and discoloration.
- Due to natural plant dyeing, there may be color variations, and the color may change over time. This may be more pronounced for certain colors and can occur with products found in department stores, thus it is not a defective product.
How to Use
- The internal padding of the hat can be spot cleaned using lukewarm water and neutral detergent.
- Keep it in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Storing it in a rolled-up state for extended periods of time could damage the product, so store it flat.
