[Story] Dominic, the former leader of a gang of robbers, his partner Brian, and Dominic's sister and Brian's partner Mia. Though they were forced to flee their native America, Mia safely gives birth and starts a new family, and their escape to the South Seas seems like a paradise... Six months later, a top secret is stolen in Moscow. The culprit is former elite military officer Shaw and his gang, now based in London. FBI Special Agent Hobbs, wary of their nefarious reach reaching the US, arrests one of the gang members, but has difficulty tracking Shaw, who knows the full extent of their plan. The only way to catch a master criminal is to deploy a master criminal... Hobbs chooses Dominic and his team, with whom he once fought alongside in Brazil. Dominic initially declines the request for this reckless mission. However, Hobbs has an unexpected trump card: photographic evidence that Dominic's former lover, Letty, who was thought to be dead, is working with Shaw's gang. Even the usually calm Dominic cannot hide his shock at this. To find out the truth, he and Brian reconvene their team in London, get Hobbs to promise amnesty to the team members, and begin the huge mission of tracking down Shaw. To begin with, they spy on the hideout where Shaw's henchman had given up his information. However, Shaw has already begun his next move, evading the tight security at International Police Headquarters and stealing what he is after. It is a key item for creating a system that could put an entire nation at risk. Dominic, Brian, and the others desperately pursue them, but they are no match for the enemy getaway car, which boasts the speed and armor of a race car. Dominic desperately clings to Shaw, but it is Letty who fires at him... Shocked, Dominic teams up with Hobbs and considers his next move. They track down anyone connected to Shaw's gang and investigate Shaw's true intentions. Meanwhile, Brian risks his life by returning to the United States to infiltrate a prison and contact a high-profile criminal who knows Shaw's secret. With the Shaw gang boasting an ironclad strategy and overwhelming military might, there's no room for error. Dominic makes a desperate plan and steels his resolve. He must bring Letty back, no matter what—as Dominic overcomes one obstacle after another, what awaits him at his goal?!
