-Excerpt from the text below-
Considering the revised edition of "The Power of Beauty and Love: Himiko's Message"
Recently, the Japanese language has increasingly been mixed with foreign words and domestic buzzwords,
leading to a tendency to lose sight of its original form.
So here's something we must not forget. According to today's linguistic theory, original Japanese was a "completely isolated language."
A beautiful, solid, isolated language. This is precisely what characterizes the Japanese language.
The foundation of Japanese lies in the 50 sounds of the Japanese alphabet, "aiueo."
So, what are the 50 sounds of the Japanese alphabet?
I think of them as a phonetic expression of the soul.
I therefore transformed this phonetic expression into a visual representation using numbers.
What this reveals is that what supports the 50 sounds is "ki (spirit)."
This "ki (spirit)" can mean "atmosphere, air, motivation, perseverance, courage," etc.
One more thing I would like to add is that the "ki" that represents "consideration for others" rather than just oneself is important.
We have come to understand that this "ki (spirit)" is closely linked to "beauty" and "love."
This book will be discussed from the perspective that the importance of the Japanese language lies in cherishing "beauty, love, and ki (spirit)."
