Product Introduction

This 1/144 scale plastic assembly kit recreates the F-4EJ Kai, a masterpiece fighter that long protected the skies of Japan. The finished length is approximately 13cm, and the unique delta-wing form of the Phantom II is realistically reproduced. Assembly is easy thanks to a limited number of parts. Its convenient size makes it a fun addition to any collection. This kit models some of the aircraft of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force's 8th Squadron, which operated the F-4EJ Kai from 1997. Based at Misawa Air Base, the 8th Squadron primarily operated at sea, and to enhance the camouflage effect, they painted their aircraft with a blue-based maritime camouflage. The kit also includes decals with markings that match the maritime camouflage. This set includes two aircraft numbers.
