Product Introduction
IBG "1/72 Japanese Army Type 4 Light Tank Kenu 57mm Gun Model" plastic model.
This tank was developed for infantry support, featuring a Type 95 Ha-Go light tank with the turret of a Type 97 medium tank and a 57mm gun.
The Type 95 light tank's 37mm gun was deemed insufficient for infantry support, so the Keri was developed as a prototype with a 57mm gun.
However, the turret was too small and hindered maneuverability, so it was decided to mount a Chi-Ha turret.
The upper hull was modified and its shape changed due to the enlarged turret ring diameter.
It was reserved for the Battle of the Japanese Home Islands and never saw combat.
In addition to the turret, the new runners also include parts of the hull that were modified in conjunction with the turret replacement.
The turret hatch is available in both open and closed positions, allowing for selection.
The louvers and hinges on the top of the engine bay, as well as the engine details inside the inspection door, are reproduced.
The tracks are designed as a single piece.
