[Story] Kamen Rider W solves a case in which ordinary citizens, transformed into Dopants by a prototype Gaia Memory, go on a rampage. Suddenly, a mysterious beauty appears. Her name is Mina. Holding a deep grudge against W and burning with revenge, she attacks him using her psychic powers! W dodges her attack and manages to kill her. When W asks her why she holds such a grudge, she reveals something unexpected... It turns out that Daido Katsumi, aka Kamen Rider Eternal, the worst criminal in history who threatened the very existence of Fuuto, is the hero who saved her from Hell!
