The Fallout: New California expansion includes new characters, items, perks, enemies, map tiles, two new scenarios, and rules for all-new cooperative scenarios for the Fallout Board Game. It also includes expanded scenario sheets that allow you to play the four scenarios included in the base set using the quests and map tiles from Fallout: New California.
