Kinetic 1/48 scale RF-5A Freedom Fighter Reconnaissance Model Kit.
The F-5, nicknamed the Freedom Fighter, is a fighter jet developed in the United States in the 1950s.
The F-5 was exported in large quantities to friendly nations due to its low cost, small size, light weight, and ease of operation and maintenance.
The RF-5A is a reconnaissance version of the F-5A equipped with a nose-mounted camera.
Its armament is identical to that of the F-5A, providing the same air-to-air and air-to-ground attack capabilities. It can be converted back to an F-5A with a simple nose swap.
This aircraft was adopted by Iran, Turkey, South Vietnam, Thailand, Greece, South Korea, Morocco, and other countries.
Includes markings for two Spains, one Greece, and one Norway.
When completed, the model measures 300mm long and 160mm wide, and contains over 180 parts.
This is a plastic model that requires assembly and painting.
