Product usage: For foot bath, dissolve 5-6 tablespoons in warm water (38-41°C). Bath water should not be too hot, which prevents magnesium from being absorbed into the skin. Recommended bath time is 20 to 30 minutes. Use 2-3 times a week, or more often if needed.
