How to use the product: Unscrew the lid, remove the safety seal and close the lid again. It is fully cooked and ready to eat. Just add the liquid.Easy to mix: Pour 1/4 cup of cereal into a bowl. It is best to mix with 1/4 cup liquid (breast milk, formula, water, etc.). If you want a thinner texture, mix in 1/3 cup of liquid. Give it as is or reheat it in the microwave. Be sure to check the temperature before feeding it to your baby. Discard any remaining cereal.To reheat in the microwave: Heat unheated liquid on medium power (50% of maximum power) for 15 to 30 seconds. Stir the heated liquid into the cereal. Stir to even out temperature. Check the temperature before feeding it to your baby.
