Popis
Technical data Manufacturer: Malexim Color: Black EAN: 5907596535952 Capacity: 0.7L Acrylic primer-enamel zincal 0.7L black CYNKAL is an acrylic primer-enamel for painting steel, galvanized, cast iron and light metal surfaces (such as aluminum, copper, brass). CYNKAL is a primer-finish based on an acrylic copolymer modified with adhesion promoters and is characterized by high adhesion to all types of substrates. CYNKAL contains the latest generation corrosion inhibitors, , which also chemically bind corrosion products, providing the paint with excellent anti-corrosion properties. CYNKAL contains small amounts of alcohols and their derivatives, which facilitate the paint's penetration of corrosion products. CYNKAL binds to rust and the metallic substrate physically and chemically. ZINC is highly resistant to low temperatures, corrosion, and UV. ZINC maintains color stability. ZINC does not contain chromium or lead compounds. ZINC spreads easily. Intended use: CYNKAL is a primer-enamel intended for painting clean (e.g. after sandblasting) or not completely cleaned from corrosion products elements made of steel, cast iron, galvanized steel and light metals (aluminum, copper, brass, etc.) After drying and binding to the substrate, the first coat is an excellent base for subsequent coats of Zinc or other solvent-based and chemically hardened paints and putty. By applying CYNKAL 2-4 times, you will obtain protection against corrosion and an aesthetic topcoat. CYNKAL, like other paints containing acrylic binders, can also be used for painting wood, concrete, asbestos cement and other porous substrates. CYNKAL is primarily used as a primer. CYNKAL can also be used as an anti-corrosion primer for other paints or as an enamel for overcoating other paint coatings. For medium-term protection, a minimum dry film thickness of 150 microns is required. For long-term protection, the coating thickness should be increased. CYNKAL is most often used where, for technical or economic reasons, the substrate cannot be thoroughly prepared by abrasive blasting, and also when mechanical surface treatment leaves partially adherent corrosion products and old paint coatings. CYNKAL brings measurable economic benefits because it allows for the elimination of a significant portion of the expenses on mechanical or chemical surface preparation before painting. CYNKAL, like most paints, is resistant to temperatures up to 200 degrees C, however, there is a possibility of coating discoloration. The addition of reactive resins that crosslink under the influence of temperature increases the hardness of the coating and prevents the formation of stains at temperatures of 130-140 degrees C. ** Illustrative photos
