■□■□■DRY CARBON■□■□■ Dry carbon is a molding method for FRP (CFRP: Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics) using carbon fiber. It involves applying resin-impregnated carbon cloth to a mold and then curing it at high temperature and pressure. This method is used in racing cars and aerospace components.

While it offers the advantage of creating ultra-lightweight products while maintaining strength, it requires specialized equipment for high-temperature and high-pressure molding, and the manufacturing process is time-consuming, resulting in extremely high production costs and limited manufacturing capabilities.
