Op ating Steps:
1. Remove the protective cov .
2. Firstly, the electrode of the pH met should be clned with distilled wat , and wipe the electrode with filt pap .
3. Turn on the pow button loc d on the y compartment.
4. Ins t the pH met into the liquid to be msured until the liquid is imm in the ''imm sion line''. If condition allowed, the solution can be imm slightly the ''imm sion line''.
5. Stir the solution gently and wait for about two minutes, and then rd the displayed value.
6. Aft use, the electrode should be clned, turn off the pow and put on the protective cov .
pH Calibration:
1. Put the pen into the pH6.86 calibration , the height of the solution should not exceed the height of the pen cov , but it must be high than the electrode.
2. Gently stir the pen in the and let it stand for about 5 seconds. When the rding is stable, stir again and let it stand for about 5 seconds. Rept s al times until the rding is stable and no changes. Use a screwdriv to aim the correction button (The small hole on the back), slowly adjust to a rding of 6.86, and then let it stand for about 5 seconds until the rding is stable, that is, the calibration is successful. Note: (ch msurement process needs to be rin with tap wat ).
3. Put the pen into the pH4.0 calibration , the height of the solution should not exceed the height of the pen cov , but it must be high than the electrode.
4. Gently stir the pen in the and let it stand for about 5 seconds. When the rding is stable, stir again and let it stand for about 5 seconds. Rept s al times until the rding is stable and no changes. Use a screwdriv to aim the correction button (The small hole on the back), slowly adjust to a rding of 4.0, and then let it stand for about 5 seconds until the rding is stable, that is, the calibration is successful.
pH Maintenance:
1. When th e is white on the pen tip, this is normal, don't be n vous, you can soak it in wat for a while.
2. Remove the pen cov and turn on the pow , it is normal for the digits jumping in the .
3. Put the pen into the solution to be tested, the height of the solution cannot be high than the height of the pen cov , but it must be high than the electrode.
4. Regularly calibr the PH . Gen ally, it needs to be re-calibr d y three months.
5. Aft calibration, gently stir the pen in the solution to be tested and let it stand for about 5 seconds. When the rding is stable, stir again and let it stand for about 5 seconds. Rept s al times until the rding is stable and does not change. The rding now is the correct.
6. Aft use, imm se the pen tip electrode in wat and wash off the test solution on the electrode. Do not flush the oth parts, then cov the pen cov back, and turn off the pow .
