Using a unique design concept, the MT-G series pursues innovative structural beauty by fusing metal materials with resin materials that are the origin of G-SHOCK. The MTG-B3000 protects the module with a carbon-reinforced resin case, and the “dual core guard structure” with the outside covered with metal parts has been further evolved. The stainless steel back cover is molded into a complex three-dimensional shape using many processes of pressing, cutting, and polishing. We have challenged the structure and design of making the back cover hold the functions of a lug to fix the band, a crown guard, and a button guard, and we have also achieved miniaturization and thinness. Also, by developing a thin multi-function module using high-density mounting technology, everything from the back cover to the bezel is 12.1 mm, making it significantly thinner than the existing MT-G model. Furthermore, the one-push interchangeable band structure makes it easy to replace the band without tools, so you can easily replace the band by pressing the button on the lug so that it is sandwiched from both sides. The MTG-B3000D uses a lightweight layered composite band made of stainless steel and fine resin. The stainless steel bezel has an elaborate design where gold IP coating is applied, then refinished with hairline processing, and only the top surface is exposed to stainless steel. Highly transparent sapphire glass is used, and the dial is finished with a high texture by applying fine processing technology at the Casio Yamagata Plant and evaporation processing.
