The 50,000ppm Dexpanthenol supports skin barrier enhancement and is formulated based on SCIE-level research to calm the skin and improve moisture levels. The combination of Panthenol and Hyaluronic Acid enhances barrier and moisture, and the patented Exosome technology allows this formula to penetrate deeply into the skin. With a pH of 5.5 to 6.5, this mildly acidic formula helps maintain healthy skin, and its viscous toner-like texture is suitable for use throughout the year on oily to dry combination skin.
