[How to Use]
1. Slip the thumb loop part onto your thumb.
2. Starting from the wrist, wrap around the back of the hand, between the fingers, and across the palm in a figure-eight or spiral pattern. (Recommended wrapping numbers: 3-5 times around the wrist, 8-10 times across the back of the hand, 4-6 times around the fingers)
