[Usage Instructions]
Ensure sufficient moisture on the thickened areas, then gently rub the foot file in one direction. For areas with thick calluses, use the hard side to buff gently, followed by the soft side for a smooth finish. Rinse off with lukewarm water after usage, and it is recommended to use this product once a week.

Avoid applying strong pressure during the exfoliation process and it is advisable to break the process into several uses. Ensure to moisturize with lotion or cream after use.
