Since the first Yamaha power amplifier “P2200,” which was announced in 1976, Yamaha has been delivering power amplifiers that have achieved the best sound, overwhelming power, and high reliability to various scenes, starting with live SR. Inheriting that lineage, the PX series, which incorporates the latest technology and know-how, is a high sound quality power amplifier with high output performance and excellent signal processing capabilities. We have a lineup of 4 models with different powers, and are compatible with a wide range of applications, from live SR to equipment acoustics. Equipped with a newly designed Class D engine using a custom LSI, it also achieves both weight reduction and high reliability by condensing the functions required in one chip and making it a simple configuration. Furthermore, flexible processing by combining high-performance DSP with Yamaha's know-how in signal processing technology provides maximum power to the speaker while protecting the speaker with simple operation, such as a configuration wizard that applies optimal settings to the speakers to be used and a preset group for optimal tuning for Yamaha speakers.
