Ingredients

Salt, sugar, flavor ingredients (bonito flakes, dried sardines, mackerel flakes, kelp, shiitake mushrooms), seasonings (amino acids, etc.), powdered soy sauce, vegetable extracts, hydrolyzed protein, yeast extract (contains wheat and soybeans in some raw materials) *No synthetic preservatives, artificial sweeteners, or synthetic coloring agents are used.

Usage Instructions

1. Put one bag (still in the pack) into 500ml of water (about 2.5 cups) and heat. 2. Once boiling, simmer over medium heat for 3-4 minutes without a lid. 3. Turn off the heat, then lightly squeeze the bag with chopsticks or similar to extract remaining flavor and remove.

Safety Precautions

After opening, be sure to close the zipper tightly and use promptly to prevent moisture ingress. Be careful of boiling over, hot water, and steam when making dashi. Contains desiccant (not edible).
