Kai Corporation Sharpener Sharpener for serrated blades -

Kai's unique independent suspension system allows for adjustment of the whetstone's position to match the blade's shape. Conventional sharpeners can only sharpen the peaks (convex) of a serrated blade, and cannot sharpen the concave parts at all. If you continue sharpening it in that state, the wavy shape will be ruined, impairing the performance of the cutting edge. Kai's unique independent suspension structure allows the grinding wheel unit to move along the blade edge, enabling touch-ups without altering the blade's curve. *This sharpener cannot be used to sharpen special knives such as serrated knives or knives with blades thicker than 2.5mm. External dimensions: 150 x 50 x H50 mm Material: Sharpening stone: Ceramic sharpening stone Product weight: 90g For double-edged knives
