━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ [Product condition/condition] ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ This is a rare vintage chronometer manufactured in the 1940s to 1950s that cannot be overlooked when talking about Citizen's history. This is a classic and warm small seconds (small second hand at 6 o'clock) model that is full of Japanese watchmaking technology from the early postwar period.

■ Case:

Peeling of the plating, small scratches, and dullness characteristic of the material can be seen throughout. The condition is such that you can feel the solid history and texture of a vintage watch. ■ Dial/Hands:

The matte black dial has Arabic indexes that have faded to a gold color for a nice atmosphere, and elegant leaf hands. There are some scratches and fine dust on the dial surface that are consistent with age, but there are no fatal stains or faded letters, and it maintains the very cool appearance that is unique to antiques. ■ Windshield:

Plastic windshield. Although there are some light scratches and scratches due to normal use, there are no deep scratches, chips, or cracks that would significantly impair visibility, and the face of the dial is reflected beautifully. ■ Back cover:

Snapback type. The engravings "STAINLESS STEEL BACK" and model number "1172" remain clear. There may be some discoloration (patina) on the back side of the rug due to age, but please understand that this is a characteristic of antiques. ■ Belt:

It has been replaced with a high-quality black embossed leather belt (new) made by a third party with the "GENUINE LEATHER" stamp. With a design that enhances the atmosphere of the classic watch body, you can immediately use it cleanly and comfortably.
