GREEN PEPPER 500g
Best quality, 100% natural
Pepper is a spice originating from India, but widespread around the world. Besides India, the main producers are Malaysia, Indonesia, and Brazil. Pepper has many uses. It is added to almost everything (from dairy products to all types of meat).
White pepper (obtained after soaking, drying, and grating black pepper) is milder and used especially in the production of fish jellies. Green pepper (unripe black peppercorns, e.g., kept in vinegar) is perfect for soups.
All pepper varieties are available in our store.
Each product has a label informing about the expiration date, country of origin, and its ingredients.
• Green pepper is a popular addition to meats and soups.
• It is a relatively hot spice that is universal and can be used in many types of dishes.
• Whole pepper is used in meats, fish, soups, sauces, broths and marinades. It is important to add it at the beginning of preparing the dish, so that its characteristic, slightly burning flavor can be released.
• Thanks to the content of piperine, pepper increases the absorption of nutrients, vitamins and minerals, which slows down the process of creating new fat cells.
• Piperine is also a very strong antioxidant. It has a potential anti-cancer effect.
