Our customers frequently say that since drinking our coffees, they no longer enjoy the market favorites they used to buy. Their sensory complexity opens up a world of flavor and aroma that they keep coming back for. We invite them to explore our extensive offerings. Each coffee has its own unique flavor registers, linked to the place where it is grown. This is called TERROIR—the type of soil, weather, and climate typical of a given area, the annual rainfall, and the altitude at which it is grown. All these factors determine the unique flavor of coffees from different regions. We are able to bring out this flavor thanks to the roasting method we have perfected over many years. Artisanal Bean Roasting: What sets us apart from industrial coffee roasters is primarily the quality of the raw material and the roasting method. We roast our coffee beans at low temperatures in drum ovens, and after roasting, we cool them with ambient air (not water, as in industrial roasters). This allows us to extract the best sensory properties, rich flavor, and unique aroma from the coffee beans. Throughout the entire process, we use a special program that stores our roasting recipes for each coffee. These are roast profiles that our Roaster (the person who roasts the coffee) has perfected over the years. This ensures that every time you reach for our coffee, its taste will be excellent and consistent. Trusted Suppliers of Raw Coffee: Over the years, we have encountered wonderful people in the coffee industry, including both coffee brokers and farmers themselves. We choose to work only with suppliers who prioritize quality. Transparency and honesty are also important to us. That's why we decided to join the Fairtrade organization. Before each delivery, we know exactly where the beans come from, their quality, the harvest they come from, and their sensory profile. We only use the highest quality premium and specialty beans. Every batch of raw material arriving at our roastery is assessed, and the moisture content of the beans is tested. This ensures we deliver excellent quality coffee. User-friendly coffee packaging. All our coffees are packaged in special packaging equipped with a valve for degassing the beans. The bags also feature an easy-opening and resealable zipper, ensuring the coffee stays fresh long after opening. The coffees are roasted on a regular basis. The packaging contains all the information regarding the beans' origin, sensory profile, recommended brewing method, and the roast date of each batch. This will help you make the right choice.
