FC Year 60. The "Gundam Fight," a proxy war between space colonies, began, taking place every four years on Earth.

Domon Kasshu, representing Neo Japan, participated in the 13th "Gundam Fight," along with his crewmate Rain Kamimura.

Like the other Gundam Fighters, he headed to Earth. The fighters were staking their own glory on the battle...

However, Domon had a different objective. That was to search for the strongest and most evil "Devil Gundam," which had escaped to Earth, without being detected by other nations, and to capture or destroy it.
