HobbyJapan Aqua Multilingual Edition Board Game For 1-4 Players 30-45 Minutes Ages 8+

[Product Description]

A tile drafting and placement game where players grow coral reefs and expand habitats for diverse creatures, featuring a multilingual edition including Japanese.

In "Aqua," players cultivate their coral reefs and arrange hexagonal "habitats" composed of same-colored corals. They place suitable small animals in these habitats to create ecosystems. When four or more corals form a "coral reef," adjacent small animals score points. Additionally, larger animals that prey on these small animals can be layered according to conditions, resulting in a rich biodiversity coral reef.

At the end of 17 rounds, the player with the highest score wins. Although the scoring conditions are diverse, the game’s simple system encourages players to naturally develop reefs with ecological and biodiversity considerations.

The game offers various play modes, including a family version with simplified conditions, an advanced version with more challenging tile conditions, solo rules, and achievement challenges, providing high replay value. The beautiful artwork also adds to its appeal.
