TFS-01 250VAC 10A Anti slip Momentary Foot Controller Pedal Control Switch

Features: Used to frequently switch on and off on load circuits. The anti slip design of the pedal makes the operation more effective, convenient and safe. Adopt double silicon rubber gasket, make waterproof grade can reach IP67, thus guarantee high reliability and safety, adopt limit switch action way to realize high reliability. The limiter adopts adjustable mechanical memory structure with reliable performance and high sensitivity. It is mainly used to control the reverse, direct and stop operation of the motor in the control loop. It can also be used for the direct control of the small motor in the main loop. Suitable for table drill, instrument machine tool, power machine, shearing machine, hydraulic press, medical device, etc. Specification: Model: TFS 01 Color: black Rated current:10 (A) Contact form: one ON and one OFF Shell material: plastic shell Scope of application: control Foot switch pedal size: 100 x 60 x 33mm 3.9 x 2.4 x 1.3in Contact resistance: below 50m Ohm (first time) Insulation resistance: 100M Ohm above, 500 VDC test Mechanical life: 100,0000 times Electrical life: 100,000 times Environment temperature: 250 celsius + 700 celsius (no condensation dew, no icing) Environmental humidity: 45percent 85percent RH Package List: 1 x Foot Control Switch Note: 1. Pay attention to the rated load of the product according to the nature of the load and the current value. 2. When handling and moving, pay attention to internal wiring short circuit, break and so on. 3. Use in a large number of water, oil, dust and other places should pay attention to the protecting level. 4. Heavy pressure and impact are the direct causes of damage, please be careful. 5. When modified for direct control of a small motor in the main loop, the front end of the power feed must be equipped with a fuse and an isolation switch.Because this switch has a phase power supply directly into the motor, the overhaul must be cut off the isolation switch to guarantee personal safety. .
