The one I have from before I bought this only had 3 hooks and holes but the same amount of pockets for shoes or whatever you choose to put in them. This one has 4 hooks and holes in the right places and holds much better to the surface it is put on. Very happy with my purchase.

The bottom material is similar to the covering material, but thicker and stiffer. The top material of the pockets is mesh, there are metal hooks, all that remains is to figure out how to attach it to the wall.
