It was too small

Yesterday evening I received the long-awaited vest, and was terribly disappointed. There is not a single marking on the vest. The ordered size XXL does not even measure M, it is terribly small. The vest has several snags, in the place of asymmetry on the back there is a small cut, something caught it, if it is not repaired, it will tear further down the back. It is not clear how to return this product. I ask you to return at least part of the money
