My order clearly states XL. I have received a 3XL, and the label states this as well. I have tried via your website to try and make contact about this, with great difficulty. The sizing is not standard, the vest is small, I wanted to exchange it for a larger one, I was sent a link where it talks about cancelling the order, unfortunately according to the instructions I only got to step 3, I did not find the request for a refund on the right. Go to My orders. Select the order you want to send back. Click Request a return or refund on the right. I don't know how to proceed then, can anyone advise??
