Not the item ordered. I have ordered model "Nico", but something way different has been delivered. See Photograph. Furthermore delivery time was exceeded by 9 days, this was a gift for the 6th of December, which is Santa Clause here in Germany. Additionallly the package was torn apart and refixed with Duct tape. Not very pleasant.

A completely inappropriate gift, the quality is hopeless, completely inconsistent with the offer, this is not what I expected. It's not a soft plush toy pleasant to the touch, but a hard plastic shell covered with some shaggy material resembling a towel, the dog has a terrible pink canvas tongue. Nothing here is realistic. This was supposed to be a gift for a child for Saint Nicholas Day (December 6th), the shipment arrived late on December 11th, and in addition in a completely bent and torn box. I would be ashamed to give such a gift.
This little dog is a joke, it has nothing to do with what you advertise online, it's a piece of very poor quality plastic, with a bit of fur, it doesn't resemble a real dog at all, you can buy better ones at the bazaar and much cheaper, plus it was supposed to be a gift and it arrived in such damaged packaging that I would be ashamed to give it. A pile of junk nothing more, I'm returning it!!!😡
