You can open the bottom lid and clean it with dishwashing detergent, so it can be used hygienically. [How to use] 1. Hold the Breath Builder firmly. 2. Hold the inhalation and exhalation tubes firmly with your lips. 3. Breathe deeply until your lungs are full. Try to breathe abdominally so that your stomach expands when you inhale. 4. Blow hard into the tube until the ball inside rises to the top of the cylinder. 5. After you have completely exhaled, slowly inhale the air in the tube while holding the ping pong ball at the top. When you can easily perform steps 1 to 5, place your index finger on the top of the cylinder and repeat the above steps. When you can do this easily, place your index finger on the two holes and repeat. You will notice that covering the holes increases the resistance and makes the exercise more difficult.
