Tokyu Bus is headquartered in Meguro Ward, Tokyo, and primarily operates within Tokyo's 23 wards, as well as Kawasaki and Yokohama in Kanagawa Prefecture.
The model bus, M477, was deployed to the Meguro Depot in January 2025. Compared to previous models of the same model, the side window frames have been blackened, giving the bus a more stylish appearance.
