Received this product and the hoodie quality is absolutely terrible, and I could not where it for the purpose intended as it was too small and not true to size even though I purchased it in a bigger size than I would normally wear. To be honest it does not even look like the appearance seen on the website. Nor does it show where or who manufactured it. False advertising by enticement to the buyer. Do you offer refunds? I feel totally ripped off by the product.
Thought it was a outdoor jacket that’s what it says and it’s a tracksuit top a thought it was winter jacket
