Crampons used in the harsh conditions of nature need to be lightweight, strong, quick to attach and detach, and fit snugly to boots. However, traditional crampons, with their rings and chains, had drawbacks such as the hassle of threading straps and the potential for lateral slippage and looseness. Belmont has designed crampons with a triangular structure that eliminates all play by directly attaching the strap adjustment hardware and front ring to the crampon body, and using strap hooks. This ensures a comfortable and secure fit even during prolonged activity.
