Hello!!! This product sadly came with a hole in it :( I don’t want a refund but I’m just sadly disappointed. My mum will put the hole back in its place so don’t worry. It's really cute! The box that the plushie was in was broken, like not just a bit smashed, someone have opened the box and a big cardboard piece of the box top was missing. The outer box that it was shipped in was fine, and the plushie seemed untouched and fine 😊

Packaged really well, and the plushie is so cute!!! The box is not damaged and so is the plush! Very happy with the order!!!
